Simple as:

Simply scan the image and email it to us. If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, you can simply take it to a Kinko's Copy Center and they will help you scan the image to disk.

Once we receive the payment, we will begin restoring your image. After we have finished (usually 3 to 5 days), we will email a proof of the restored image for your approval.

And finally, once you have approved the proof, we will email the final, restored image to you and mail a high-quality print, ready for framing.

Just scan photo at 300 dpi (dots per inch) for 8x10 RGB output.

Then save as TIFF , "high" quality setting. You can then email it to us or put it on a 3 1/2 floppy disk or CD.
